Veneers

Hollywood smile with teeth veneers in London.

What Are Veneers?

Veneers are dental fixtures used in cosmetic dentistry to address aesthetical and sometimes functional issues that your natural teeth may experience. During veneer treatment these fixtures are attached to the front surface of the natural teeth to help achieve the desired result.

Primarily, veneers are made from porcelain, zirconium or composite resin. Our dental experts provide zirconium and eMax veneers thanks to their many benefits.

What Do Veneers Look Like?

Veneers resemble thin, shell-like fixtures that are made in the shape of the front visible part of the teeth. Each tooth veneer is custom-made to ensure proper aesthetical look, colour tone and feel, therefore, helping you achieve the desired smile transformation result.

How Can Veneers Help Me?

Teeth Veneers can help you if you have:

  • Crooked teeth

  • Teeth discolouration

  • Uneven teeth

  • Gaps between your teeth

  • A chipped tooth

  • Teeth protruding

Why are Veneers Better Than Composite Bonding?

There are several differences that make veneers a better alternative for your dental aesthetic needs.

  • COMPOSITE BONDING:

  • Easy to chip and break

  • Short-term solution

  • Not resistant to staining

  • VENEERS:

  • Custom made to fit your needs

  • Long lasting solution

  • Resistant to staining

Commonly asked questions about veneers:

What is the average cost of veneers in the UK?

Cost of veneers per tooth average from £750 to £1,250 in the UK. Price of veneers depend on the material from which they are made from.

Do veneers stain?

No. This is one the upsides of dental veneers. They are stain-resistant, so you can enjoy your coffee and chocolate without worrying.

Is veneer treatment painful?

No, as local anaesthetics will be provided. However, you may experience a bit of discomfort due to gum irritation.

Is it possible to fix a broken veneer?

Unfortunately, no. Veneers need to be replaced if they are broken or damaged.

What kinds of veneers are there?

Veneers can be made out of zirconium, porcelain or composite and there are several different types of veneers - regular teeth veneers, eMax veneers and Lumineers. eMax veneers are made out of lithium disilicate glass-ceramic which is a much lighter and thinner than traditional materials. Lumineer veneers are quick to place and do not require much additional preparation.

Our dental experts prefer using zirconium veneers and eMax veneers.
